The piping hot nabeyaki udon is topped with sliced mozzarella cheese and mochi. In addition there is chicken and kamaboko (fish cake). The mozzarella cheese and mochi melt and mixes with the udon you scoop from below. The melting texture of the udon is quite interesting. They don't use soy sauce for a reason. This is a must have dish for cheese lovers.
